During his first pop-up in 2015, Michel Lim distributed food from his garage. This event was a success, 150 sandwiches sold in less than 3 hours with “Starfrit” fryers, crock pots and breakers that jump due to overload. MDMH was like an annual “block party” offering great food, music and vibe thanks to the people who came. The chef wanted to continue this momentum by cooking for cultural events such as dance competitions since he is a veteran of the hip-hop dance scene in Canada.
